Foam Architects

FOAM architects is an idiosyncratic Rotterdam firm formed by architects Joren Vis and Sander Bouw. The firm specializes in remodeling existing homes; from additions to total renovations and from exteriors to interiors.

FOAM architects’ designs are characterized by an appropriate response to both the existing home and the wishes of the new residents. That could be a very modern addition, or it could be restoring a classic house to its former glory. A design is always customized, but also functional, readable and timeless.

FOAM architects think good listening is important. Listening to the customer’s needs, then being able to provide an unexpected answer to the question. Coming up with solutions that had not yet been thought of. Surprise.
