Koreman is a family business that, out of passion and love for more than 50 years, has been bringing the finest hand-knotted carpets from the Far East to the Netherlands. Koreman grew in 2 generations from a one-man operation to a dynamic global player. “Our goal is clear: to create superior handmade luxury carpets that live up to Koreman’s reputation for design, quality, longevity and value.” It remains a challenge for us to develop legendary products.
Each rug is hand-knotted by master knotters from Rajasthan, perfecting centuries-old practices. Each piece is made with the highest quality wool and silk, which are hand-dyed to the specifications of each unique piece. Creative director Raimond Koreman’s haute couture approach and dedication involve overseeing the entire process, from the selection of the yarn to the installation of the rug.
