Customization cannot be copied

In the world, you have originals and imitations. Originals are often copied and imitations are not. In my world, you also have original creations and creations that are imitated. Every now and then I see a photo of a garden that looks a bit like the gardens I create. On the one hand, of course, this is a compliment, but on the other, it is not. In fact, I create a separate lighting plan for each garden where nature is my starting point. What trees are there, what shrubs can be found in the borders, what is the location of the lawns in relation to the house, what are the sight lines from the most used areas in and around the house, what paving is used and how do I translate the feeling from inside to outside. And then, of course, there are the outbuildings, the gazebo, the swimming pool and the occasional horse barn or tennis court. With all of these elements, I get to work. And because I strive for the ultimate end result, I work exclusively with the lighting solutions of leading European manufacturers. Choosing these manufacturers gives me the opportunity to choose from infinite lamps in terms of light output and color. In doing so, I have the advantage of 230 volts which gives me the power to create the right lighting effect anywhere in the garden. I always want to achieve that effect with as few lights as possible because that way I create the effect of the rainforest. Some of my clients call my creations living works of art, and of course that is a great compliment. But for me, it is also the obligation to come up with a solution that is sustainable. Durable in the sense that the lamps used can withstand increasingly extreme weather conditions. Lamps that combine long life with low energy consumption and with minimal risk of failure. Living works of art, original outdoor lighting that you can enjoy for years, you may be able to copy, but never match.
