Outdoor lighting is increasingly used to increase safety in the garden and around the house. In-lite introduces an innovation with the wireless SMART MOVE motion detector that perfectly contributes to a safe garden here.
Fully wireless
Designed specifically for the SMART HUB-150, the SMART MOVE also features Bluetooth connectivity and, like the SMART HUB-150, can be controlled with the in-lite app. Equipped with solar cells that eliminate the need for a cable connection, the SMART MOVE motion detector pairs with the SMART HUB-150 transformer via Bluetooth. The connection is established by holding down the button on the back of the motion detector and the functionalities are adjustable via the in-lite app.
To make the motion detector as energy-efficient as possible, it is equipped with its own light sensor. So the SMART MOVE works only when it is dark. The time the lights turn on after motion is detected is infinitely adjustable per minute from 1 to 60 minutes through the in-lite app.
New: linking multiple START MOVE motion detectors
New is the ability to link multiple motion detectors to the transformer and these can also all be set separately in terms of time. Multiple SMART HUBs can also be linked to a single motion detector.
START MOVE installation advice
The wireless SMART MOVE motion detector is basically mounted flush against a wall or fence. Thanks to its Bluetooth wireless connection, the SMART MOVE can be mounted anywhere in the garden. The wireless connection generates a particularly long range, allowing the wireless SMART MOVE to be used with ease in the largest gardens.
The operation of the motion detector does depend on the distance from the SMART HUB-150 transformer and environmental factors. For example, the connection strength decreases if the signal must be passed through thick exterior walls reinforced with steel.
