Light is an important phenomenon for our daily well-being but without objects we have no use for this beautiful phenomenon
Beam a flashlight into the darkness and you will discover that the light from the flashlight doesn’t do much, you need something that is observable, this can be an object such as a chair or plant but also dust or dew floating through the air. To see the light emanating from the flashlight, you have to reflect this light on an object, object or substance.
Therefore, you have no use for ground spots that shine straight up into the darkness and, when walking along a path, only end up annoyingly in your eyes.
Unfortunately but on many driveways and in many gardens this is still the reality, the runway effect, you see light instead of the garden.
You can also approach garden lighting in a different way, here we mean the way of making the beautiful greenery and all the flowering in the garden visible, the word “illuminate” is often used here and in this way also often worked with, there is a spotlight placed under a tree so that the tree is illuminated, but illuminating a tree can be realized in different ways.
We do not light but illuminate and think about what a tree or shrub needs to maintain its own appearance when there is no natural light but it is lit by artificial light.
