Apartment in Ingelmunster

In this project, together with the building owner, we chose to work with as many lightweight materials as possible. Especially materials that do not infringe on the apartment space. Both physically and visually. In the kitchen, the request was to have a solar control curtain that still gives a feel for the outside. Therefore, we installed a tumbled polyester linen transparent curtain here. This cloth consists of 25% polyester and is present purely for the purpose of cleaning the fabric itself. Highly recommended for a kitchen.

We dressed the windows between the kitchen and the living room with slats. This creates a very static look that cerates space and tranquility.

In the living room, of course, we want coziness. Therefore, we choose a heavier fabric that is, of course, lined. The lining would hide the beautiful weave of the linen and take away the light during the day.
