Attractive living garden Baarn
Baarn still has beautiful attractive avenues with varied, characteristic homes from the early 1900s where children can play in the streets. At a thoroughly renovated home built in 1906, we created, as an extension of the living space, a stylish patio/living garden.
In this Baarn neighborhood, there is no room for large gardens. This property is no exception; the garden is of small dimensions. A glass facade at the rear of the home allows the garden to connect with the kitchen, making both garden and kitchen appear more spacious. In the garden design, the ceramic tiles were used in a staggered manner to create a playful effect, with enough space for walking and lounging. This pattern is also implemented in the yard fence where the boards of the fence stagger in height.
Sitting on the patio, one can enjoy the sound of flowing water from a beautiful water ornament constructed from specially developed fiberglass-reinforced polymer composite. At first glance, it looks like a masonry box, finished with stucco. However, it is made of lightweight composite that is light, strong and maintenance-free, Resistant to all weather conditions. In this garden, greenery plays an important role. Entering the garden, you walk between it to the back where the borders are planted with perennials and a beautiful old pear tree attracts attention. The yard fence is upholstered with perennials, which helps create a unique garden experience.
It has become a lovely living garden, which is also beautiful to see all seasons from the house.
