Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen

Beautifully situated in the middle of National Park Veluwezoom lies the recently opened Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen. It is a small, quirky and unique hotel with 21 cozy rooms of all shapes and sizes. The Veluwezoom National Park covers 5,000 hectares and offers a varied landscape full of hills, untouched forests, moors, sand drifts and estates. The perfect setting for those who seek peace and quiet and enjoy nature.

Once in 1847, a hotel already stood on this site as a country retreat of the nobility. The entire new building was completed in the spring of 2020. The boutique hotel is operated – entirely in personal style – independently. The hotel’s attractive interior gives a nod to the original hotel and the history of the area. Boutique Hotel Beekhuizen’s 21 (junior) suites and hotel lodges are divided between the main building and the gatehouse. Each room has its own unique features.

When furnishing the bathroom, Duravit sanitary ware was chosen. XBase and DuraStyle were chosen for the sink furniture,
these were combined with the Starck 2 washbasins and the DuraSquare washbasins. Durasquare is manufactured from DuraCeram®. This ceramic material makes it possible to create sinks with extraordinarily thin edges. C.1 series faucets were chosen for the faucets of both the sinks and the baths and showers. They also chose Duravit for the toilets, the Durastyle Basic wall-mounted toilet. By combining these Duravit products with different tiles and accessories, 21 unique bathrooms were created.
