- All ceilings removed, full steel frame used to get an open structure with lots of daylight.
- Everything custom-made, large loft with walkway
- Staircase made of rubber, staircase comes back upside down in the second half, giving it a baking shape. Glass roof comes back on every floor for extra daylight
- Kitchen countertop runs all around, two kitchen parts are a kind of iPods that lie on the floor
- Bar comes electrically from the coil section island
- Glass top above the cooking zones hinges gently and serves as a splash wall, no extraction unit, smoke under the floor
- Bath in bathroom is in the floor, returns in the ceiling
- Polyester shower
- Seating area floats in steel construction, view over garden (designed by Bart)
