“The story of the occupant and the appearance of the house appealed to me. The house has a turret and it looked like a challenge from the outside,” Vos looks back. The inside of the house also proved a challenge. The resident has a very creative eye, I could see that immediately. But turning it into a harmonious whole, fitting with her growing family, proved to be a problem. I could help her with that. There are still many authentic elements, such as the floor, the oak paneling in the rear part of the ground floor, and the antique fireplace.
