The limited building height and the narrow plot, in combination with a considerable package of wishes, have given this design its shape. The house has many details, such as the exterior stucco with decorative blocks, profiled gutter moldings, bar windows and everything in high-quality materials. An indoor terrace has been designed which is directly accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. The steep roof and flat roof mean there is little loss of space on the first floor.
