In the initial discussions, Martijn worked with the client to identify all the requirements. Next, the client created his own mood board; on which he visualized all the elements of his dream garden. The wishes discussed in combination with the mood board were incorporated into a garden design by Tijs, our garden specialist. The client called this design “stunning.”

The design was transformed into a beautiful country garden, in which the client’s love of gardening was well expressed. It also allows him to relax and enjoy the outdoors thanks to a pond with various water elements and a variety of plantings in which there is always something in bloom or color.

In fact, the client enjoyed his garden so much that he knocked on our door again a year later. He wanted to be able to spend more time in his garden and we had the ideal solution for that; an outdoor room. After going through a new design process, the client can now enjoy his garden year-round from his outdoor room with sliding glass wall, gas fireplace, lighting and television.

The result is a garden with a country garden style that flows nicely into the farm landscape surrounding the garden that the client can use all seasons of the year.
