Two desires come together in this modern villa. A villa composed of several volumes. Volumes all with their own character traits, making it seem as if the villa has changed ever so slightly over time. A real home for our clients.

Character features create unique appearance
Our clients both had a different picture in mind when we asked them, “what does your dream villa look like?”. She preferred a villa in belgian architectural style. While he preferred a modern villa with a thatched roof. We tried to reflect both desires in the architecture of the villa. The result? A villa where it seems to have grown historically over time. One main volume and several outbuildings. All with their own distinctive features, which make for a unique villa! A villa you don’t see passing by every day!

Different materials and techniques enhance the historic feel
The main volume has been given a slate roof. An age-old application that fits perfectly with the kaleidoscopic facade. This facade is combined with blended masonry. The plinth of the entire villa is executed in bluestone, which is also reflected in the entrance area. Different materials were used for the outbuildings. This was done to enhance the historically growing character. For example, the porch is done in wood, steel and thatch, and the pool outbuilding is done in wood and an old-fashioned tile roof. The entrance to the parking garage has been given a darker brickwork than the main volume. All these different materials create a unique look.

Exterior and interior fit together perfectly
In collaboration with molitli interior markers and quadro interior construction, the interior was created. An extra service that makes for a beautiful overall picture. Exterior and interior are perfectly matched. A warm, cozy family home. Exactly as the clients wished. Once everything had rolled off our drawing board, it was time for execution! During the construction of this dream villa, we were allowed to provide construction supervision. This allowed the clients to be completely unburdened.
