The historic style of the area was translated into a series of unique water and dike houses. The residents opted for the Senso Titan flooring system with crushed marble for which the Senso biopolymer is mixed with marble granules in a size between 1 and 6 millimeters and the system is then polished in steps. This creates a floor with enormous character, wear resistance but at the same time retains its elastic and comfortable character.

The dining room flows seamlessly into the spacious living room where the kitchen is in open communication with the residents. Seamlessly applied is a Senso floor in the Titan Off White Carrara finish to which an amount of mother of pearl was added.
