Enjoying the outdoors throughout the year
What a beautiful overall picture this turned out to be, if we do say so ourselves. This garden room is prepared for all the conditions that the different seasons, throughout the year, bring.
Spring
During spring, the function of thermal insulation is obviously very important. Under the glass canopy is the patio awning, which filters the sun’s rays from above. Because the screen is under the glass, it is extremely easy to maintain. Windproof screens were also used on the side of the canopy to filter the sun’s sideways rays. Even on the windy days, these wind-resistant screens work well. On warmer days it is nice to open the sliding glass walls, for the purpose of ventilation in the garden room. This keeps the garden room comfortable during warmer, sunny days.
Autumn
Screens and patio awnings are also still used during the fall. Often these serve as light shades when the sun shines in a little lower. Yet it can also be wonderful to enjoy the autumn sunshine in the garden room precisely. With the sliding glass walls in the closed position and the heater on, the garden room is the place to enjoy “outside” even during inclement weather.
Finishing touch
Rotating slats have also been added to the side walls of the canopy. In addition to being rotatable, these panels are also sliding. This makes it the perfect light barrier and also good for privacy. The wood look creates a beautiful, warm look. So we see these walls as the “finishing touch” in this beautiful ensemble.
