The clients’ desire was to revitalize the dated outdoor pool and give the place a contemporary look. The pool is lower than the rest of the garden. The difference in height creates a tucked-away and green-lined courtyard. The central border was designed to make the place more balanced. The planting is transparent and ensures that the space is uncluttered but provides shelter to the various seating areas.
