This imposing National Monument has been transformed into five stunning turn-key city apartments, each with its own size, layout and charm. This luxurious project constitutes an extremely subtle mix between preservation of magnificent authentic details accompanied by extremely high level of finishing and use of only the finest and best materials. The hallway is lined with marble floors & a velvet stair covering, where we designed large glass lamps as tall as 80 cm high in the style of the building especially for this project. Wooden beams, ornamental ceilings, and even a large hoisting wheel in the upper apartment make this property on Rotterdam’s old harbor truly unique and a joy to work on.
