In the middle of Rotterdam Kralingen stands an old stately villa. Inside, it has been completely renovated and the outdoor area has also been completely taken care of. Around the house, the driveway has been renewed, a terrace has been built and Mediterranean greenery has been planted in several places.
Because this imposing location deserves to shine at night as well, Rus Hartland Gardens approached the men from in-lite LAB for a balanced and atmospheric lighting plan.
For this plan, in-lite LAB worked with the most exclusive fixtures from the in-lite range called EVO. The EVO series is characterized by an architectural design that blends perfectly into stately gardens with modern or classic elements. The driveway and paths on the property are lit with floor-standing fixtures from this collection. They are made of anodized aluminum, a high-end finish which gives the fixtures an exclusive look and feel.
In addition to EVO, spotlights that illuminate the greenery have been placed in various areas of the outdoor space. The facade is illuminated with ground spotlight BIG FLUX. A small but powerful ground spot which is hardly noticeable during the day, but beautifully illuminates the facade at night. That way, the property gets the attention it deserves.
