Industrial staircase with cabinet

Function and form go together beautifully here; the staircase is part of the closet and together they create an industrial and modern style in this canal house in Amsterdam. The wood of the stair treads is reflected in the shelves in the cabinet. For variety, glass plates that act as shelves are also incorporated.
