Modernist split-level house
The house is designed in such a way that the residents can fully enjoy the view of the landscape and the owner-occupied house without sacrificing privacy or causing privacy to neighboring neighbors. The facade has been kept very closed because the plot is located along a busy regional road . The design also includes an integrated garden wall to have more privacy and less noise from this road. Entrance, storage space, kitchen and dining area are located at the garden level near the terrace. The sitting area half a level higher with a view over the private garden. The sleeping areas and TV corner are half a level higher and look through the voids and large windows onto the garden and the house. spaciousness
Exposed concrete walls, black brick slips, the black cast floor and artful objects give a warm accent to this extreme black and white house.
Special features
A sober color palette has been deliberately chosen to integrate as much as possible into the immediate environment, which is very heterogeneous.
The facades of the sleek house are provided with white facade plastering with a facade accent in the front, rear and right side facade in black flat facade plating.
The garden wall is made on the garden side in a rough glued black facing brick, in contrast to the flat white facade plastering. The garden wall is visually extended into the interior (plinth seating area).
The joinery is provided in black enamelled aluminum.
