The renovation of this exceptional villa, located directly on Lake Como in Italy, took seven years. The summer house had to be transformed into a light and airy interior, which is strongly connected with the beautiful surroundings and Italian heritage. The restoration of the marble floor with typical Venetian mosaic and the fresco mural on the walls and ceiling are part of the reconstruction.

To get the most out of it, we have opted for airy materials and classic Italian color palettes. The elegant combination between the unique woodwork by Ceccotti, stainless steel lighting by Brand van Egmond and great silk fabrics give this Italian villa cachet.
