In this realization, the design takes particular account of the existing vistas in the space, the relationship with the historical background and the existing architectural elements of the site. The view of the old Leie is never far away. The building has a sober construction, a simple but solid concrete structure with thick brick walls. Striking is the abundance of light and the brightness in the loft, which is an elongated figure of speech, with views from 15 to 25 meters. Clear lines, timeless simplicity and the pursuit of a high-quality and durable construction characterize the design style of the loft.
