Living Black series in lifetime home

Late last year, studio KAP+BERK was asked to convert a 1960s bungalow, still in its original state, into a modern, comfortable, life-proof home for its new occupant. A minimalist look with a warm touch was sought for the door and window hardware. Intersteel’s Living Black series offered what they were looking for.

Intersteel also provides customized project advice and project sampling for both the private and industrial sectors in close collaboration with (interior) architects. After all: in addition to a beautiful model, the “feel” must also be good! Intersteel accompanies the entire process. Marjolein Kap and Mijntje van den Berk say, “After we went through the different windows, doors and parts, Intersteel wrote a specification that listed all the parts and supplies needed for the order. That saved us a lot of work. Intersteel was able to supply both sliding door, tilt and turn door hardware in a beautiful textured black finish.”
