Luxury loft on the edge of the marina

The clean lines dominate in this spacious loft of almost 45 meters long. The first view from the entrance leads deep into the house, past the dining-kitchen, two sitting areas and up to the fireplace.

Furnishing here therefore requires extra attention: Achieving a nice balance in a large space is very important. By working with extra large sofas and armchairs, the different parts of the room really get their own place and with accurately measured area rugs they are also strongly demarcated.

The assignment was to create unity in this loft, without actually having to renovate. The existing color of the wall, the fireplace and the own art were the starting point for the design. To bring peace of mind, both benches are of the same model, but each corner has its own color palette and therefore also its own atmosphere.

The wall lamps with a coral effect, the armchair in combination with the aqua cushions and the linen curtains with a subtle shine give a natural character that fits well with this spacious loft by the sea.

All these different living elements in combination with a beautiful view of the marina make this loft a wonderful place to come home to.
