Swim, lounge, chill in spa, dine in private garden

The title actually says it all, this is a garden to really kick back, cool off or just warm up in the pool or spa.

Privacy is ensured by a tall hedge of yew and olive willow espaliers. They form a (green) fence of the garden in combination with wooden slats of ash wood. An outdoor room with fireplace, roof with slats and sliding glass walls forms a beautiful transparent connection to the garden. The sliding glass doors ensure that the garden room can be used in all weather conditions. Custom ceramic tiles in different sizes, laid in different dressings, create a playful effect in the pavement. They are grouted with a permeable mortar.

The realization of this project had quite a few challenges. The construction pit for the pool had to be kept dry with well drilling. The pool itself had to be lifted into the garden with a large crane, and so there were some challenges that had to be solved during implementation.

On the other hand, we are all the more satisfied when it all lands on its feet. A client who enjoys-and is proud of-his garden makes us proud, too!
