These spiral staircases are constructed in a very special way. The basic stairs are concrete. We then used our innovative LID construction method to make the plastered interior tree against that. This interior tree, the bottom of the stairs and the railings were then very tightly plastered and painted. This creates 1 whole with a great interplay of lines as a result. Finally, the steps and risers were mounted on the concrete and the steel wall handrails were attached.
