Modern elegant interior Loenen aan de Vecht

On behalf of Clairz Interior Design, we were involved in a major renovation of a residential house that formerly served as a town hall. We designed the interior ourselves, working closely with the residents. They had already purchased a closet from Altivello in 2007. That tasted like more. They wanted one party for the total interior as well as project management.

The kitchen is a real eye-catcher in the house. The shelves and fronts are finished in walnut veneer and framed with . The back wall of the kitchen extends to the ceiling. There is a generous kitchen island, a separate cooking area and a separate area for preparing dishes. The worktop is marble (Silver Roots from Turkey), which we built in bookmatch. The outer cabinets are wider; the left cabinet contains a large refrigerator.

A unique kitchen also includes high-quality appliances with a good user experience. Thus, we divided it so that the client experiences the kitchen as the focal point of the home, at its best. Kitchen appliances are from Bora Professional, Liebherr, Miele, Siemens, Gaggenau, Quooker and Reginox. Cooking becomes even more fun thanks to speakers and woofers in the ceiling and kitchen island. There is a separate bar for coffee and drinks. We placed the baking equipment in the pantry, out of sight.

For an existing house in Loenen aan de Vecht, we designed and made this classic staircase to match the rural character of the house. The realization of this staircase was part of a larger assignment, where we designed and realized the total interior.

Upstairs, we lined the laundry room. Here we also designed a walk-in closet, with a flat front and a thin frame. We executed the bench in the walk-in closet in Alphenberg Leather. The son has his own walk-in closet and private bathroom. We also designed, made and installed the bathroom furniture. For the home office, we designed and made cabinets and a desk. The desktop is made of one-piece solid oak.
