At the first visit to this client it was noticeable that they didn’t know what to do with the house. Spaces were too large and the routing was incorrect. A thorough approach was needed. The complete routing was changed of course while retaining the authentic elements and an addition of a transparent intermediate member. As is often the case with such renovations, the other rooms are also discussed. In the end the facades were given a new color and a sketch design was made for the garden with pond and swimming pool.
