Modern garden: sleek, sober and luxurious
At this architecturally built villa in Venray, we created a modern garden. Clean lines combined with lush ornamental grasses and multi-stemmed trees.
Modern architecture, also in the garden
This sustainable villa is minimally designed with plastered facades combined with warm materials such as wood and masonry. In the garden, these shapes and combination of materials are carried through. Thus, the pool house is designed in line with the villa. The gray ceramic tiles are both in the living kitchen and on the dining terrace. In the details, this even continues into the pool surround and the edge of the pond.
At the entrance, huge 2Ă—2 meter tiles counterbalance the massive floating volumes. The front yard has plenty of room for turning and parking on the planes of split. The whole is lockable with two sliding gates.
Pond and pool
In the backyard, the pond is an eye-catching feature. From the living room you look beautifully over the water table and see the water flowing from the black gutter. The water seamlessly connects to the large glass facade, magnificent from the interior!
The luxurious pool with is set with mosaic. On the short side of the bath is a large hardwood deck in the same wood as the siding. Part of this terrace is covered and suitable for lounging. The decking extends under the canopy and turns into a sun terrace with sun beds.
Warmth and atmosphere
In materials and planting, sufficient warmth and atmosphere have always been sought. Wood combined with plasterwork, a sleek appropriate tessellation is tastefully decorated with lush plantings. The garden is customized and well balanced.
