Modern home

A solid block with facades of “white” architectural exposed concrete forms the basis of this modern home. The rhythmically placed facade openings give this block a rigid appearance. A special accent is the excellent angle above the covered terrace, where the concrete beams project no less than 6 meters.

A volume in the shape of a traditional house protrudes from the center of this concrete base. This volume, which is fully covered with patinated zinc, marks the entrance of the house and also offers space for one floor. The combination of pure forms with “fair” materials ensures a modern and timeless architecture with a special character.
