Modern villa with open character

In Lunteren, HaBé realized this modern villa with open character, a lifetime home. Contemporary and modern, lots of glass, aluminum windows and roof trim and a hardwood deck.

Connection with nature
The villa is completely under-basement, this gives a lot of extra space and possibilities. The basement includes an office, bedrooms and the technical room. A heat pump was installed here for sustainable heating and hot water. Through the windows in the basement wall there is natural light which falls in. In the process, the basement wall was dug free and a natural slope was created. Vegetation on the embankment provides a connection to and experience of nature.

Vogelensangh facade stone
The façade is bricked with a Vogelensangh brick, which is baked using traditional methods in the only real coal-fired brick factory in the Netherlands. It makes the stone robust, authentic and unique. Brushed masonry is used, the grout here forms a single unit with the masonry mortar, giving the masonry its own look. The home is given character by Holonite water stops and wall cappings and Red Cedar wood siding.

Spacious porch
Floating hardwood decking is mounted around the home on steel construction. In this regard, the spacious veranda is a beautiful connection between inside and outside. A lovely seating area, with the outdoor fireplace providing additional warmth and ambiance.

Open and transparent
Although the villa offers optimal privacy, the atmosphere is open and transparent. A beautiful skylight provides even more natural daylight. The house is tightly finished. The concrete staircase is oak-clad with a stainless steel wear strip and a glass balustrade.
