Naardereiland

Right on Lake Gooimeer is the fantastic residential neighborhood of Naardereiland. Seclusion is central here. Naardereiland is, with capital letters, a unique residential neighborhood. Here, in addition to the tranquility of the water and nature, you will experience the vibrancy of the city of Amsterdam. At this location we had the opportunity to design 45 unique detached and semi-detached villas. Thatched villaswith large overhangs and rich detailing. Exactly as you have come to expect from us.

For one villa on Naardereiland, we were allowed to design the entire interior in addition to the architecture. Together with the family, we established the outdoor feeling, Lake Gooi, as the main starting point. A beautiful view that the family wants to enjoy every moment of the day. The spacious porch is therefore used as a second living room. A place of wonderful retreat. And does it get chilly in the evening? Then the fireplace gives extra coziness in addition to warmth.

The family wanted everything taken care of, they didn’t want to worry about anything. That is why they entrusted us with the complete supervision during construction and completion. The villa has been completed casually, no installations, built-ins, electrics, etc. We took care of the rest for them. What a dream place.
