This villa in Soto de Viñuelas, north of Madrid, shows a particularly successful piece of contemporary architecture. Frames of the FIN-Window and FIN-Project systems, finished in anthracite-colored aluminum on the outside, set alternating accents in the solid, light exterior facade. Large fixed glazing in the stairwell allows plenty of light into the living spaces and creates a transparent transition to the outside. The plastic core and hot high-quality thermal insulation glass provide maximum heat protection.

As an elegant eye-catcher, the color of the characteristic house door with synthetic resin surface perfectly matches the architectural style of the villa: a dark cube, which frames the entrance area.
