Oak Project – Total Project Tilburg
Pretentiously beautiful
Oak Project furnished both the immense main kitchen and the studio’s compact kitchen. The eat-in kitchen is nothing short of stunning; a strong piece of craftsmanship. We see characterful wood with visible knots, a robust natural stone countertop that harmonizes with the floor, wrought iron hardware by Dauby and a balanced combination of low and high cabinets. On the very large island, residents have more than enough space to work, eat breakfast and catch up. The kitchen is the epitome of sleek rusticity with some nostalgic nods.
Perfect dimensions and volumes
What made the customization even more laborious was the atypical design of the house with many corners and edges, arches and sloping walls. Through thorough measurements, meticulous fabrication and skillful placement, the result is fantastic. The furniture and architecture seem almost one.
Behind the façade of this extraordinary building lies an equally impressive interior that stands midway between austere stateliness and warm coziness. A historically valuable house, residents who know what they want and a smooth cooperation with Oak Project; the prerequisites for an enchanting renovation.
