This penthouse in Scheveningen overlooks the North Sea on the west side and the city on the east side. It consists of 2 floors that have been completely transformed by Linda Pol and melted together into one house. The connection between the 2 floors has been made open and fitted with glass, creating more connection between the 2 original apartments. The base is calm and light, a base of concrete-look walls with the black oak floor as a contrast. The table specially designed for this project is given extra intimacy by the suspended ceiling, which is also a connecting piece with the kitchen. In the living room part is a large spacious sofa, with a beautiful high-pile luxury carpet underneath. The space features a few major styling items, including the series of beautiful handcrafted mirrors.
