Plastered stylish mansion with outbuilding in Lunteren

Through word of mouth, the clients of this residence were alerted to HaBé Bouwen in Stijl as a possible builder for their new home. A fine collaboration followed. Together with Architectural Firm DBL, a construction team was started. A construction team works well; close cooperation with short lines of communication has many advantages. The stylish mansion is situated on a very spacious lot on the outskirts of the village of Lunteren, in a rural and wooded area. A wonderful place where one can retreat to fully unwind, live and enjoy the surroundings.

Spacious outbuilding

In addition to the newly built villa, a spacious outbuilding was built adjacent to the main building. This is accessible internally and serves, among other things, as an office. The brick plinth continues but the cladding is different, where the house facades have stucco, the outbuilding has wood cladding. This creates a beautiful whole, where the outbuilding is aesthetically subordinate to the main building.

PV installation

A flat anthracite roof tile was chosen. On the south side, a pv installation is mounted recessed between the tiles, it is beautifully aligned, forming a beautiful and strongly finished whole. The flat roof of the porch also has solar panels. Solar panels are environmentally friendly, long-lasting, low-maintenance and also provide savings. The beautiful porch with hardwood decking at the rear of the home provides pure comfort, that is enjoying the outdoors all year round. With hardwood you create a calm and warm atmosphere, in addition, the decking gives a beautiful, natural look. The porch has a large skylight, lighting and heating. A cozy pot-bellied stove, via Kusk, adds warmth and ambiance.

Tunnel Fireplace

The entire villa is fitted with a warm, contemporary herringbone PVC floor, (almost) indistinguishable from the real thing thanks to its true-to-life structure. The floor has the look of wood with the benefits of plastic, a fantastic combination. A luxury PVC floor is super strong and easy to maintain. PVC flooring adapts quickly to temperature changes and is therefore ideally suited for underfloor heating and cooling. A cozy fireplace provides living enjoyment. A see-through fireplace, also called a tunnel fireplace, is installed in the living room. From both sides you can enjoy impressive flames, this way the fireplace is really part of the interior. Larino Interieurs provided the interior carpentry.

Oak Z-staircase

The staircase, from Soetendaal Stairs, to the second floor is a closed oak lower quarter staircase on keep treads in Z-model. A Z-staircase is a staircase in which the riser, instead of being at right angles, is placed at an angle to the step. As a result, the riser and step form a “Z. An identical staircase is installed to the second floor. The steel railing is “the finishing touch” and completes the picture.

Home automation system

The home is equipped with a home automation system. Home automation provides communication between electrical equipment in and around the home. Home automation controls various functions such as heating, ventilation, lighting, alarms and television viewing. This is done flexibly: at any place and time that suits the residents. We were alerted to HaBé as a possible builder for our new detached home through word of mouth. A process then begins in which we ourselves also did not have much experience. Since HaBé prefers to work with its own team of subcontractors, questions of market-based price and transparency arise. After receiving the quote, we had an outside agency do a construction cost analysis and they came up with the same amount almost to the euro. This gave a lot of confidence. We experienced the guidance process from HaBé as very positive. In the beginning we still had a construction supervisor but we parted with that pretty quickly. The team from HaBé is very knowledgeable and takes you through the process step by step. Unexpected issues during construction are neatly resolved and the overall result counts. We are very satisfied and can absolutely recommend HaBé.
