The client of this project has worked professionally in real estate and project development for many years. For his family, he wanted to build a contemporary home with attention to light, spaciousness, natural materials, sustainability, privacy and this combined with functional office space. This is in line with the street to which the plot belongs.

With its distinctive “block box” architectural design, the home stands firm and robust in its surroundings. With the sleek design, characterized by a simple and rhythmic playful “block box” effect.

The interior also continues this living experience in an airy and playful way, with great attention to internal and external sight lines through the large windows in front and rear facades.
