Residence Helmond
The home is situated on a wide avenue of an existing 1930s residential neighborhood in Helmond.
The dwelling house is modernly designed in color and material choices that differ from the surroundings, but refers to the morphology of the large residential houses in the immediate vicinity through the use of gable roofs. On the street side, the residence exhibits a stony and somewhat introverted character. From the garden, the house shows a very different face because of the predominance of wood and glass on the facades here. On the garden side, a generously sized and raised above ground level terrace is a wonderful vantage point for the fantastically landscaped garden.
The interior is bright and spacious and has exceptional walking and sight lines.
