In a beautiful location overlooking the countryside, we designed a rural villa with ditto outbuilding. The house is placed lengthwise on the plot and is flanked on either side by an appropriate outbuilding. One of these buildings is attached to the home and houses the residents’ private suite.

The house is constructed of white painted masonry and has a thatched roof. The porch, canopy, entrance and carport are constructed of oak trusses, giving the whole a warm, cozy and authentic look. The positioning of the buildings in relation to each other creates a “courtyard” at the rear overlooking the pool and the farmlands beyond.
