The architectural concept for this residential and farm building, which is part of a farm, picks up the local rural building style and connects it with contemporary architecture.

The spaces of the new 2017 building are L-shaped. The large FIN-Vista facades with their slender views and the modularly integrated Nova-line frames lend a pleasant lightness to the building’s rustically simple forms. Generous lift-and-slide doors with Cristal full-glass optics on the room side on the first floor create a smooth transition between inside and outside and let in plenty of natural light. The stairwells also open up to the facades with filigree glazing, giving the building a refreshing transparency.

Two FIN-Door house doors with synthetic resin panels on the exterior round out the building aesthetically.
