FIN-Project: clear, geometric shapes with charm.

The single-family house in Cologne’s Rodenkirchen district impresses with its simple geometric form. Combined with the large geometric frame facades, the limed facade creates a modern and warm character. Several large FIN-Project frames with very narrow frame faces from the Nova-line series are airily distributed on the house facade. This gives the building an inviting lightness and playfulness.

The large frame facades, some of which extend over two floors, provide residents with a high quality of living and onlookers with an outside view of the sculptural staircase that connects all floors. The classically simple Planar house door, which, like the frames on both sides, is finished in anthracite-colored aluminum, completes the charm of this single-family home.
