Six houses in Renkum

In the heart of attractive Renkum, this unique project has been realized. The six homes, with parking at the home, were built on a lot at the corner of Bram Streefland Road and Goldsteinpad. It is a quiet residential yard accessible only to adjacent residents. Because only adjacent residents cross this road, we see this residential area as a child-friendly environment, with plenty of room to play and little traffic. The residential yard has ample parking. Visitors can park the car nearby. By applying facade insulation, with a warm colored finish combined with wooden frames, we create a warm, rural atmosphere in a modern style. The common dimensions and layout of the plots ensure a generous (rear) garden, in relation to the living area. The house is equipped with several installations that ensure that the house is energy neutral. To achieve this, a high insulation value was created. The home has an air-source heat pump and solar panels on the roof.
