Stately villa garden

Anyone looking at this stately villa garden will see luxurious Yew clouds and Rhododendron hedges at the front. Rhodo hedges give the front yard an ambiance that exactly matches the property. Also included in the new garden design is the red-leaved Beech tree, which was planted probably 15 to 20 years ago by the previous residents. The reason for sparing this relatively young Red-leaved Beech is that traditionally this type of tree was a status symbol in Western Europe. A backyard with a wooded character
The backyard is characterized more as a nice living garden with a wooded character. The completely overgrown old garden was completely thinned out and cleaned up. The incidence of light in this section of forest gives the new underplanting another chance to develop. The planting has been completely planted to color by the planting expert at Hendriks Hoveniers and will soon include flower bulbs. The flower bulbs and “Stinze plantings” will be installed this coming fall.

The wooded portion of the backyard is set up with a fire pit and trampoline for youthful residents. In the front part of the backyard, the lawn is lowered several inches to give even more depth and an architectural effect to the garden.
