Stylish detached house in Blaricum equipped with four unique slat systems
The front and rear facades of a stylish detached house in Blaricum feature four slat systems.
The trapezoidal screen at the front begins on the first floor and covers the second floor and part of the second floor. The total area is 13 m2 and is powered by two motors. One for the first floor and the second for the other two floors.
The pentagonal louver at the rear covers the second floor and second floor. The area of this blind is 16 m2. The slats for these floors have their own motors, making them independently operable.
So here we have two facades, with four motors – a total of four systems.
The residents chose the slat of 100 W. A 100 mm high wooden top made of western red cedar. Western red cedar is treated with Drywood Woodstain so the wood structure remains highly visible.
The aluminum parts are coated in RAL 9004 – signal black. Signal black is just slightly lighter than jet black. The coating has a gloss level of 70% (high gloss). The injection-molded plastic parts are also black.
Oh, the neighbor also chose exterior louvers from Sunshield.
