On the outskirts of Zwolle we find this newly built home. The house is deliberately kept low, but is nevertheless spacious because much of it is “underground. An appropriate connection for the level differences will have to be found in the backyard.

A green look that complements the expansive surroundings and contrasts forms with the clean lines of the modern home. A spacious lawn that can be mowed automatically and a driveway that deviates from the standard.

Result
The driveway has become part of the garden, by continuing the lines of the design in it as well. The relatively low house is surrounded by a diversity of greens. Because the garden extends all around the house, one whole is created.
