The clients desired a modern, sleek and thatched villa. In addition, in consultation with (interior) architectural firm Kabaz, they chose luxurious materials such as blue steel and walnut and the design had to take into account the beautiful view at the rear of the thatched villa. In the basement of the thatched villa, in addition to a wine room with bar and even a golf simulator, there is a swimming pool with gym and sauna. Van der Windt provided the perfect air treatment for such a high-quality project. Because of this application, residents of the thatched villa on the first floor do not smell the odor of lower pool. Van der Windt also played a major role in the construction team and the experienced company worked well with designer Kabaz.
