Thatched villa in composite volumes

A beautiful generous lot was purchased for the realization of this dream villa. A thatched villa consisting of several volumes and designed in width, so that all spaces are oriented to garden and street. With a south-facing garden, residents can enjoy “outdoor living” all seasons.

This cool, sleek, white, black wood villa with thatched roof has a fantastic floor plan. Through the generous hall is the spacious living room, with separate garden room accessible. Adjacent is the kitchen diner, which can be closed by means of sturdy pivot doors. Behind the living kitchen are the study, playroom and utility room, so everyone is always close by! A real family home. The second floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms with separate toilet and a hobby room. The master bedroom has a great walk-in closet, toilet and bathroom overlooking the garden.

The interior, both architectural and custom, was also designed by us. And to give the thatched villa the perfect atmosphere, we also prepared the lighting plan. A real home for this family.
