Total renovation of a beautiful historic building in the Middelheim park in Wilrijk

These are images of a challenging Oscar V renovation. With this property, it was important to leave the facade untouched.

Inside, all rooms were adapted and completely renovated. The villa was extended to the rear with a modern rear extension that provides the living kitchen and sitting area thanks to minimal windows- bathed in natural light and now allows residents to enjoy the beautiful surroundings even more.

The property was equipped with all new technology. The walls and roof were fully insulated so that this property conforms to current energy standards.

Oscar V handled both the interior and exterior finishing of this villa. Everything was worked out to the last detail, right down to the execution of the wooden rear building, which houses a gym and garage.
