Transformation exclusive villa house Rosmalen
The existing layout of this home was completely overhauled, allowing beautiful spaces to be formed in which you stay connected in a nice way. In addition, a large extension was built out at the rear, creating space for a spacious living kitchen. Thanks to the sleek design language, exclusive materials and luxurious finishes, a completely new living experience has been created, with nothing to indicate that this is originally a 1960s house.
In collaboration with MVD Interior Design, DE LAAT Quality Stuc was able to provide the entire house with stucco. Both for the entire inside and outside. Inside, smooth stucco was chosen mostly to create a modern interior. Special details are that the baseboards are plastered flush with the walls, so they fall flush under the walls, so to speak. But also that the lighting was completely plastered along with it and no ceiling tiles were used. So the lighting comes directly from the ceiling which gives a special effect. The bathroom has concrete stucco, all the walls, the ceiling, the seat in the shower and also the sink cabinet is finished with waterproof and beautiful decorative concrete look stucco. The rear addition is finished with insulation boards and wall stucco. This has become a nice combination along with the gray long-format bricks and thermo fraké wood that appears in several places on the facades. The fence in the garden is also completely plastered, this is again in conjunction with the addition.
