Viewing house Tielt exterior
Inspirational home
In 2012, Dumobil built the modern view house in Tielt. The idea was not to create a type house, which can be copied anywhere, but to create an inspiration house, which can be adapted to one’s heart’s content. A home brimming with good ideas, cool finds and architectural creativity from which our builders can adopt countless elements.
White crepi promotes airtightness
Facade plastering can be applied directly to the insulation on the outside. This ensures a very good airtightness that improves the E-level and energy-friendliness of the house.
Cleverly seen! Skirted building volumes provide canopies and crossings
By placing the building volumes at right angles to each other, we give the architecture additional functionality in a very budget-friendly way. Overhangs on the second floor easily become a balcony, roof terrace or roof garden on the ground floor they form canopies that act as sunshades on windows and protective covers of terrace, entrance hall or carport.
Sealed north side
Many building owners choose a south-facing garden. This not only has the plus point that the living spaces take full advantage of light and warmth from the sun.
This also allows the front façade on the north side to be largely sealed, providing a double benefit.
On the one hand, this avoids overlooking from the street, but also for the E-level and thus the energy friendliness of the house, a north side with a minimum of windows is very interesting.
